These are just a few of the 40+ features across Gimmi's plans - see exactly what's included on the pricing page.
WhatsApp wasn't built to run a golf society.
Chat is useful for conversation. It becomes painful when it is also your booking system, scorecard, payment ledger and results archive.
Everyone knows where they stand. Instantly.
Golfers submit scores from their own phones using a simple link or QR code. The leaderboard updates throughout the round, giving the group the excitement of a professionally run event without adding work for the organiser.
Turn every round into part of a bigger story.
Run weekly leaderboards, season-long Orders of Merit, head-to-head rivalries and Ryder Cup-style competitions from the same platform. Gimmi keeps the standings accurate while golfers focus on the competition.
A society website ready before the next tee time.
Add Website+ to Premium and give members, guests and sponsors one polished place to find upcoming events, results, standings, news and society information - no separate website builder or technical setup required.
- Facebook page
- Old spreadsheet links
- Results lost in group chat
- Sponsor logos sent manually
- Branded public website
- Live fixtures and results
- Order of Merit
- Sponsor visibility
- Mobile-friendly pages
- Custom themes and navigation
Run your society from one dashboard.
Events, availability, members, payments, results and your website - without jumping between separate tools.

Members confirm attendance without long message threads.
Set the groups

Small by design. Serious about the product.
Built with organisers
Product decisions are shaped by real society rounds, live events and organiser feedback.
Golfers come first
Scoring should be quick, clear and usable by every member of the group - not just the person who set it up.
Your society stays yours
No advertising business model, no selling member data and no attempt to turn your society into a public social network.
“I built Gimmi after seeing how much work sits behind a golf day that looks effortless to everyone else.”
